Because the cross-check is the point. A label on its own can be checked for completeness and internal consistency, but the finding worth showing you — this printed value disagrees with the study it came from — needs both documents. The paid product treats the study as optional; the free check does not, because without it there is nothing here you could not already see on the sample report page.

Exactly what happens to a paid job’s files: scanned for malware before anything reads them, and deleted automatically 30 days after the job completes, or sooner on request from your portal. They are not used to train anything.

No. It is an automated preliminary screening of a single label. It is not a stamped or sealed engineering deliverable, not a professional engineering opinion, and not a code-compliance determination by any Authority Having Jurisdiction. Absence of a finding is never evidence of compliance.
