Common questions
What exactly do I get for $499?
Two separate reviews and two separate reports — AI Arc Flash Study Review and Label & PPE Boundary Review — under one payment. They are not merged into a single document, because each engine has its own scope and its own limits and a merged report would put one engine’s findings under the other’s disclaimers. Bought separately at the same tiers these cost $598.
Why is the cross-check worth buying both for?
Because it is the only finding that needs two documents. A label review alone can tell you a label is missing a working distance; it cannot tell you the incident energy printed on it disagrees with the study it came from. That comparison is where transcription errors, superseded revisions, and equipment swaps actually show up, and neither product can produce it alone.
Do I upload the study twice?
Yes — once for each review, on the same page after checkout. The two jobs run independently, each with its own checklist and its own report, so each needs its own copy of what it reads. Both copies are malware-scanned and both are deleted on the same 30-day schedule.
Is this a stamped engineering review?
No. Both components are automated preliminary screenings on the automated lane. Neither is a stamped or sealed engineering deliverable, a professional engineering opinion, or a code-compliance determination by any Authority Having Jurisdiction. Absence of a finding is never evidence of compliance.
